Our distillery is a family-owned business, that aims at the production of a high-quality of tsipouro. It is located in the small rural settlement of Kato Doliana,“Kachrimaneika”. As this place is of a great sentimental value for us, we motivated to utilize it and simultaneously contribute to the maintenance of our local customs and traditions.
Our modern facilities and state-of-the-art equipment perfectly serve our philosophy and aim at producing supreme quality of raki.
The distillery’s equipment includes:
- volume 21,000 liters inox tanks for fermentation of grapes
- distiller volume of 1,000 liters for the production of raki
- volume of 3,000 liters inox tanks for collection of the final product.
The distillery is heated by the burner manual feed pomace.
The cooling of the distiller is made by water.
The equipment is monitored by a security system all day long.
